For CHROs, L&D Heads & Leadership Teams

Your Senior Leaders Know Their Work.
Does the Room Know It Too?

Technical competence gets people promoted to senior roles. Presence is what makes them effective once they arrive. The Look · Speak · Lead framework closes that gap — measurably, and across a whole cohort.

The Gap Most Development Budgets Miss

You Can Measure Everything Except
How a Leader Lands in the Room.

Psychometrics tell you how a leader is wired. Appraisals tell you what they delivered. Neither tells you whether a client, a board or a direct report walks away convinced — which is the quality that actually determines who is ready for the next seat.

Promotion risk

Strong performers who stall at senior level because their delivery does not carry the authority their role now demands.

Client-facing exposure

Technically excellent teams who lose the room in pitches, QBRs and board presentations.

Inconsistent standards

Communication and conduct that vary widely across a leadership bench, with no shared benchmark.

Unprovable spend

Training that people enjoy but which produces nothing you can show a CFO six months later.

The Framework

Look. Speak. Lead.

Three pillars, assessed and developed together. Most programmes treat them as separate skills — which is exactly why they rarely transfer back to the job. How a leader looks changes how they speak. How they speak changes how they are followed.

01

Look the Part

Executive Image

Appearance is the first message a leader sends, and it is read before they speak. We align how a leader presents with the level they actually operate at.

02

Speak with Power

Business Communication

Fluency is not grammar. It is being understood, remembered and taken seriously — in a board update, a client pitch or a difficult conversation.

03

Lead with Presence

Executive Presence

The behaviours that decide whether a leader is trusted in the moment: composure, conviction, and holding a position without aggression.

How an Engagement Runs

Diagnose. Design. Develop. Demonstrate.

No off-the-shelf curriculum. Every corporate engagement begins by establishing where the cohort actually stands, so the programme targets real gaps instead of generic content — and so there is a baseline to measure against afterwards.

STEP 01

Diagnose

A presence benchmark across the cohort — self-assessment plus structured stakeholder input — to establish where the group genuinely stands on each of the three pillars.

STEP 02

Design

A programme built against the gaps the diagnosis surfaced, matched to your sector, seniority mix and the situations your leaders actually face.

STEP 03

Develop

Delivery through workshops, small-group intensives and one-to-one coaching, on-site in Mumbai or virtually across time zones.

STEP 04

Demonstrate

Re-assessment after the engagement, so movement is visible at individual and cohort level — and defensible when the spend is reviewed.

Formats

Built for the Size of the Problem.

From a single CXO preparing for a board mandate to an enterprise-wide leadership cohort.

One-to-One Executive Coaching

CXOs & senior leaders

A confidential engagement for a leader stepping into greater visibility — a new mandate, board exposure, an international role, or a promotion that demands a different register.

Leadership Cohort Programmes

High-potential & succession pools

Multi-session programmes for a defined group, benchmarked at the start and re-measured at the end, designed around the gaps your cohort actually shows.

Workshops & Keynotes

Teams, offsites & conferences

Half-day and full-day intensives, leadership offsites, and keynote sessions on image, communication and executive presence.

Why Ritu

She Did Not Arrive at This
From a Corporate Career.

Ritu Rathod began teaching English and communication at sixteen, to children in Mumbai’s slum communities — and has never stopped. Four decades later she works with senior leaders in Mumbai and New York, and still runs that same work through CSR partnerships with Prerana Foundation, CRY and Jai Vakeel Foundation.

That matters commercially for one reason: she learned to make people articulate in rooms where nobody arrived confident. The method was built for the hardest case first, which is why it works on a reticent CFO who has never been told the truth about how he lands.

She is a Certified Image Consultant, a TEDx speaker, and the author of Take Your Time! What’s the Rush?

CSR Partnerships

Fund Communication Skills
Where They Change Everything.

For companies with CSR mandates under Section 135, Ritu runs structured English and communication programmes for students from underprivileged communities — the work she has done continuously since she was sixteen.

These are delivered as measurable, reportable programmes with defined cohorts and outcomes, suitable for inclusion in your annual CSR disclosure. Existing partnerships include Prerana Foundation, Child Rights and You (CRY) and Jai Vakeel Foundation.

Questions

What Procurement Usually Asks First.

If something here is not covered, ask directly — a scoping call is free and carries no obligation.

Most workshops deliver a fixed curriculum regardless of who is in the room. Every engagement here starts with a benchmark of your actual cohort across the three pillars, and the programme is built against what that surfaces. It is also re-measured afterwards, so the outcome is visible rather than assumed.

Yes — that is the most common corporate format. Cohorts are benchmarked as a group, which usually reveals one or two dominant patterns, and the programme targets those instead of covering everything shallowly. Individual coaching can run alongside for leaders who need it.

Both. On-site across Mumbai and India, and virtually for distributed or international teams. Ritu works between Mumbai and New York, so sessions can be scheduled across time zones.

It depends on the mandate. A focused workshop or keynote is a single day. A cohort programme with benchmarking, delivery and re-assessment typically runs across several weeks to a few months, so that behaviour change has time to hold.

Pricing is scoped to cohort size, format and duration rather than a fixed rate card. Share the group size and what you are trying to shift, and you will get a written proposal with costs.

A short scoping conversation — what the cohort looks like, what is not working, and what a successful outcome would look like to you. If there is a fit, a written proposal follows.

Next Step

Tell Us What Is Not Landing.

A 30-minute scoping call — the cohort, the gap, and what a good outcome looks like. If there is a fit, you get a written proposal. If there is not, you will be told so.
